What Our
Mold Testing Includes

We offer two types of mold testing, depending on your situation and concerns:

Airborne Mold Spore Testing: We collect indoor air samples and compare them to the outdoor baseline. This helps detect invisible mold spores circulating through the home-even when no visible growth is present.

Surface Sampling: When visible mold is found, we can take direct swab or tape samples to identify the specific mold type. This is helpful for determining if it’s harmful or common surface mildew.

All samples are analyzed by an accredited lab, and you’ll receive a clear report that explains what was found, whether levels are elevated, and what next steps are recommended-if any.
